I've been sleeping with mine every single night for over 2 years. I've had no comfort concerns. Autosleep is the way to go

I think is isn’t worth it. Life should be simpler. AutoSleep and Sleep++ will tell you only curiosities. At best.

I’m with you. I know how I sleep...I don’t need an app to tell me I got up to pee.

To each his own, and while I feel no need to convince you to do anything, I would like to inform you of some of the benefits I've discovered/why I do it.
1) Allows me to be more mindful of getting enough sleep. I'm able to see if I haven't been getting enough sleep and adjust my habits accordingly. On a typical day I might have difficulty remembering how much sleep I had just last night, let alone for the past few nights or past week.
2) As it tracks my HR while sleeping, I'm able to watch for potential concerns. For example if my HR is slightly elevated it could mean my body is fighting off an illness and I should take care of myself. Also, I noticed that my HR becomes highly elevated after drinking alcohol which has allowed me to change my drinking habits
3) For me there's just the curiosity of seeing how restful/restless my sleep is and my typical resting HR during sleep. Both can be indicators of your health, and could lead people to improving lifestyle choices
4) A vibrate alarm on the watch can be a great wake to wake up in the morning especially if you don't want to wake a partner.
5) It's easy! Autosleep automatically logs your sleep so there is really no added effort. I've just gotten into the habit of charging my watch for around 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at some point in the evening and that has been plenty for me.

I've always slept with a watch on. I track my sleep to see if it matches with my CPAP machine...which it doesn't lol. But I like to know what time it is when I wake up in the middle of the night.

This. It's about the encouragement to go the f* to sleep, because I get a message every morning teeming me how much sleep I got.

I sleep with mine on and also use Autosleep. As others have said it encourages me to go to bed earlier so I can get adequate sleep.
