the 6S will fix the front camera lens issue?

I've had the 6 for awhile now and it always comes back. I got my screen replaced exactly 2 weeks ago and now it's back. Incredibly annoying. I don't think apple ever commented on the issue either.
 
Apparently it's an entirely different screen/digitizer, and all of these replacements cost money, so hopefully it'll be rectified.

I've never seen public comment either, but others have mentioned that when taking it to Apple's Genius Bars, that the Geniuses say, "Oh yeah, the FaceTime camera crescent is covered under warranty."
