Does anyone use their laptop on their lap?

Are any of you concerned about blocking the rear vent between the body and screen lid? I'd imagine it would get uncomfortable with the lid edge digging in to the leg hah
Don't really see where I'm blocking anything.

Yeah, that has never been my concern when I'm using it on my lap either. I would think the rubber feet on the corners do the same thing they do on a desk.
 
I do it a lot, but when I'm in full work mode (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.), things can get a bit too hot for a lap. I don't have the latest, greatest laptop though (2015 13" MBP Pro), so my use case is different from others.

Well, if your lap is as hard and as flat as a desk, then yeah.

As far as affecting male fertility, I suspect that's an urban legend. I've never seen a report about a specific individual who knows this happened to him. But, that said, "may cause" is not equivalent to "always causes".
