So I am going to be returning two phones tonight

My 6S+ is a change of mind, I find it too big.

My 6S has a slight problem with the screen, the top left back-light is darker than rest of phone.

Will they be all awkward with the 6S+ Refunded and 6S Exchanged?

I'm concerned they will get up tight about the 6S and try persuade me to go apple care route or tell me there is nothing wrong with the screen.

Both within 7 days of purchase.

It won't be a problem at all. As long as you're within the 14-day return period, you can turn it back in for any reason. Just let them know what's going on with each phone and they will take care of you.

No. I've returned some beats headphones and an iPod touch. They didn't ask any questions or even inspect the items. Once I showed them the reciept all the asked was if I had the card I'd purchased it on and then proceeded to process the refund.

They are really laid back about it.

thanks...i hate these things....i think its because i had a bad experience once trying to return an online item to apple store and got into a huge argument because they wouldn't do it.

i just always feel awkward about these things!

When I returned my iPad Air back in January 2014, they asked why I was returning it.

I just wanted the refund because I wouldn't use it much (impulse buy), but I told them a different story...I'm guilty.

I once returned the first MacBook Pro Retina within the 14 days because it had screen issues and they didn't even take it out of the box. There could have been an old Toshiba laptop in there! I got a prompt no questions asked refund. Zero hassle or stress.

From what I believe that isn't possible but if you bought from a shop and return the item to a shop they are fine but shops won't accept online orders.

last year, they won't do it because it was clearly mentioned in the return policy.
This year, there is no such restriction and it should be pretty smooth.
