Does Apple Do Any Outsourcing?

From what I understand, Apple is only computer company that does not do any outsourcing when it comes to one calling Apple in the USA for assistance with any technical problems with there computers. Is this true?

Back in 2004, Dell moved its medium and large company customer support back to the USA because of all the complaints about Indian support centers being unable to depart from prepared scripts.

However, I believe they still use India for small business and regular customers.
