Does Apple give Defective Iphone 4 replacements?

what luck, the rep told me the weak signal was due to their location, i go outside, and no signal bars, what gives. and this clearly clearly has the death grip. I didnt have this on my last one.

I mean it wont even have 5, wait correction, it will as soon as i barely put my hand by it, the it goes to 4, never had this before lol.

I lol'd too. Death grip exists on every iPhone 4.

You know what man, before I left for another 2hours, I just told him straight up how I felt. He tried to convince it was not a refurb, and that the phone is fine, couldnt explain the signal thoroughly though, but he was very generous and helpful, and told me, let me just give you final replacement, so you don't have any other problems or worries down the line with a 5k model. So now, I'm happy. I believe the reason why the bars look weak is because I was originally using 4.0, and the replacements have 4.0.1 so its probably a more accurate reading, thus showing a weaker signal with my hand lol, and with the zagg side protection, I think I will be a happy camper lol =) . Anyways, my serial now starts with 7U.....

I Love Apple, Happy with what I have, and I feel like if you pay XXX amount of $ on great product, you shouldn't have a refurb after 2 weeks of purchase lol, but never mind. APPLE HAS A++++++ CS!!!
