Does Apple Music have playlists like Spotify?

In Spotify I can browse for a playlist under genres/moods and Spotify automatically updates them with new songs every once in the while while updating me.

Does Apple Music do this?

I've tried it and it doesn't seem to work. Add a playlist to My Music but its just the same songs as when I added it. Tried multiple, nothing has changed (been like 3 months).

I make my own but do have a couple of the "The A-List: xxxx" Playlists and they update each week (or at least they match to the current weeks).
