Does Apple offer replacements for the USB stick/manual box?

For my 2010 MacBook Air, I cannot find my little box that had that USB stick and manuals in it. Not that I need the manuals, but I need that USB stick so I can restore it. Does Apple offer replacements of that little box (for sale or free)? Thanks.
