Does Apple replace or repair Apple Watch?

I shattered my screen and I was wondering if they'd replace of repair it. It's all dinged up so I'd prefer a replacement.

Also would they replace it in store or would I have to send it in.

If you do not have AC+ They will send your watch off for repair to replace the screen

Yes, you will get a refurbished unit. I do not think they have easy screen replacements like the iPhone.
