Does apple review apps on Saturdays?

I got an email today saying two of my apps are "in review" and i want to know if they review apps on Saturdays because its normally 12 hours to a day before it goes from that to "ready for sale"

We have had apps approved on Saturdays, Sundays, etc. The review team works hard.
