iPhone 11 Pro Does Apple send pre-order confirmations for APple Upgrade Program?

This is my first year preordering from the apple upgrade program, and though I am confident that my order was put through, I did not receive a confirmation email from Apple.

Is this normal?

It could take a few hours on the first day when the traffic is crazy. That happened to me one year.

Typically You should get the e-mail of your order after you place an order but it can take couple of hours. Did you also check your spam mail?
