It's been over 10 days of my iCloud account being completely inaccessible, and despite multiple support calls and emails, there's no solution in the horizon. This issue started when I tried to restore my iPhone 6s Plus from iCloud backup, and it just wouldn't sign in. I have no local backups, and have over 2GBs worth of photos on iCloud. I am completely unable to do anything - no emails, no contacts, no access to iCloud photos, no FaceTime with my Apple ID etc. This is the most frustrating experience I've had with Apple, and they just don't seem to think it's an urgent issue. I've basically been told they'll get to it when they get to it.
