i live in apartment and i dont have modern or internet carrier i just used my brother acc xfinity comcast
to log in hot spot xfinity in my apartment so does apple tv can connect it

just make sure it will work before i buy it

The same credentials you use for your current hot-spot should work with the ATV4 -- if they don't, the ATV does come with a 30 day return option.
