Does Apple Watch Siri have no audio feedback?

I just bought a brand new Apple Watch Sport and Siri has no audio on it?Does AW Siri not talk?Also Hey Siri does not seem to work.

As above you need to go into settings on your watch and enable hey Siri.

You do not get audio confirmation on the watch you get haptic feedback.
