Does Apple Watch Ultra’s GPS improve GPs location on iPhone?

Literally what the title says, if I have an older iPhone with less imprecise GPS, will the Apple Watch Ultra’s GPS improve the GPS precision of the iPhone 11 for example?
 
It's usually the other way around. An iPhone on hand allows greater GPS accuracy for the watch. Remember that iPhones started shipping with GPS and GLONASS back in the iPhone 4S and with Galileo back in the iPhone X. That said, you'll have better accuracy given these factors from the iPhone 11.
