Does AppleCare Cover Warped casing and dents?

Dents no.

Wraped casing from drops no.

Wraped casing due to manufacturing defect yes, but if you have dents, then they will assume the casing damage is due to user drop damage and probably no.
 
Apple Care does not cover owner carelessness or dents as you put it. It is not accidental damage coverage.
