title is self explanatory. If I snap the apple pencil by accident or step on it, would it be covered under the iPad's AppleCare?

If it doesn't cover accidental damage, does it extend the manufacturers warranty to two years?

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think it covers either, unfortunately.

But snapping it? I don't think that is going to happen!

Somehow mine is already slightly bent. You can't tell unless you set it down and look at the tiny gap between the center of it and the table, but it's starting to worry me about the future of the stylus.

No it does not.

The only Apple care policy that covers accessories** is for Mac. The iPad AppleCare covers the iPad, charger and battery.

** accessories purchased at the same time your Mac was.
