Are you actually being serious? Of course they don't, the nearest thing is when Apple Store's open on launch day of new iPhones and they give people a high five as they walk in, sometimes they hand out free pizza to people waiting in line for the new iPhones.

Yes, each store has a HUGE party - similar to what they have at the Super Bowl. Famous musicians will be performing live all day long at EACH store. They also drop money from the ceiling like confetti and serve each customer as much champagne as they can drink. If you've never waited in line for an iPhone on launch day, I suggest you start lining up now or you will certainly miss out on all of this fun!
Yes, the entire store basically shuts down for ~2 hours so that employees and customers alike can sit together and watch the keynote. Want to buy something during those 2 hours? Need a repair? Tough. Wait till the event is over.
In all seriousness, the closest thing I've seen to any sort of in-store acknowledgement of the event was during WWDC 2013. I went to the Apple Store for an appointment during the keynote and I saw an employee have a live blog up on one of the iMacs. That was it.
When I worked there, they really didn't want employees watching the event. Exception was people who had lunches during that time, but they policed clock in/out like a hawk. Often, they do have the event on the AppleTV demo units for customers.
