Sorry my mistake, the one I thought was Hebrew is actually Thai, so I wasn't even close to being right

Umm.... I'm going to say no. If there's no Hebrew language option then I'd say it's a good bet there's also no Hebrew keyboard

I just had bought it.
Someone told me that I can write in hebrew if I will use my iPhone.
I hope that the hebrew language can be display on YouTube app
