Does ATV4 improve photo performace?

Im trying to decide if its worth ordering a new ATV4, ATV3 only reads your photo stream and it takes forever.

Does ATV4 improve the compatibility with photo at all?

The ATV 3 can only look at Shared Folders. I was under the impression that the tvOS would look at the full library but someone said that was not the case. I would like to see the option to allow some local cache.

wonder when the reviews will hit? I was thinking they'd have landed already as the reviews if I recall correctly for iPhones land the week they ship. Hoping someone covers this as well.

A developer said he had to wait until Friday. My guess is once they start arriving on Friday we will start to see a huge amount of information. I assume professional sites like MacRumors, CNET etc. have to wait until Friday.
