Does Catalina have the same iCloud Passwords Feature as Ventura?

im typing this on a 2013 Catalina OS X desktop.

On ventura I can click system settings and access all of my iCloud synced passwords under passwords.

here on catalina dont recall how to access my synced passwords..

I can do so in Catalina by opening keychain access but then I have to right click on 'get info' and then show password and then type in my computer password. so many steps and hate it.

You should be able to see them in Safari Preferences too.

you're right, guess it just took a few hours to sync and show up
