iPhone 11 Pro Does changing key photo still output a full quality image?

In a Live Photo (on iPhone 11 IOS 13) does changing the key photo give you a full quality image or does it still drop the resolution when you do that ?

No it doesn’t. From MacRumors’ own guide on the subject:

It's worth noting that choosing a new key photo from a Live Photo does change the resolution a bit and lowers the overall quality of the photo. On a standard iPhone X, for example, a regular shot is 4032 x 3024, but when changing the key photo, that drops to 3662 x 2744.

yep that’s the drop In quality. Just wondered if IOS13 and iPhone 11 Pro changed that.
