Does DisplayPort Put Out Any Power?

Hi all, apologize if this is a common question but my search came up empty.

Macbook Pro in Question is a 13" (non-retina) purchased in mid-2013 (MD101LL/A).

I'm shopping for an HDMI splitter. Most of them say they require 5v power from the HDMI source for power. If I have a DisplayPort to HDMI cable connected to my macbook pro, does it output any power?
