I used it with Ipad + 2018 MBP running Mojave a week ago. Seems to work now.
Great that is what I wanted to hear
[doublepost=1538073299][/doublepost]Great to hear it works with Mojave. I hear so many great things about it and all of sudden mostly negative because of a software update.

My convo with them today:

Me: Hi there - are you guys Mojave compatible at this point?

Thank you for contacting Duet's support team! We are having some issues with MacOS Mojave, some users are stating that the app is crashing when they are trying to open it but other users stated that is working so that will be depending in the settings of the computer. We apologize if you were having problems with Duet before, we will be making sure to continue upgrading the app. If you have more questions, please feel free to contact us.
Me:
Thank you! The menu item when attempted to click on it crashes the software.
It works without it
But this is what I see on my MacBook Pro 2017 to iPad Pro 12.9 over usb-c to lightning:
<insert image>
So I can see about 4/5th of the display size
are you familiar with how to get to full screen?

This is because MacOS' 10.13.4 incorporated eGPU technology, which rendered our previous driver unrecognizable by the OS. This, in turn, forced us to search for new ways to establish a connection with the computer.

This leads to Airplay, which isn't currently optimized for iDevices such as iPads, iPods, and iPhones. Airplay only supports the Apple TVs' resolutions. Duet takes these resolutions and uses them on the iPad, causing the resolution conflicts and thus creating a black bar at the bottom of the iPad.

By updating to MacOS 10.14 the black strip still shows, portrait mode is also currently incompatible with our working Airplay script, which we can't run without. We've contacted Apple on this and we are working on implementing support for the iDevice resolutions. Once this is implemented, you will be able to use the entirety of the iDevice's screen.

Although there's no ETA on when a solution could be ready for this problem. Right now, I would recommend to only use both of the first resolutions 1024x768 and 1152x800 for a better performance.

This is a quick GIF that shows you how to do this. https://cl.ly/0B1v0P263k3x

What about the new 5.0 DisplayLink driver for Mojave? Should that restore the original Duet installation without the AirPlay workaround?

When I took home an iPad pro 10.5 and tried it the colors were complete crap and animations laggy and glitchy. Tried to solve it with their support but nothing made a difference. I think the the usb 2 bandwidth is to low or something.

Air Display has been awesome in terms of answering all my questions. When I get my iPad back next week I’ll be going with them.

do not want to hijack this conversation, but Duet is working fine under Mojave except for the Touch Bar; it does appear but the iPad screen is not touch sensitive anymore... (excuse the poor translation)

It is not working fine because it does not support the nescessary resolutions to use the full iPad display. At the moment it is not able to use the native Duet display drivers and has to use Airplay with limited TV resolutions....

Is Duet the only one that works with Windows too? I have Windows only software that I sometimes need to boot into boot camp to run and need a second display with that too.

Part of the bottom screen is still missing on the iPad. I tried Yam display and it fills up the whole screen but performance is terrible. Too bad the new iPad Pro doesn’t have this as a native feature.

Just tried Avatron’s Air Display on Mojave 10.14.1. Graphics tear and lag badly on both display. Duet was at least smooth. Sent ticket to their help so we’ll see. Ensured I was connected over USB-C.

Update out today (iOS and Mac). I always have to download my Mac app from the website, as when the Mac app checks it says I am running the latest version, when I am not.

How’s Duet treating you?
I am not a big user of Duet. I tried the new update just now for you. All working ok. I played a video and no latency. All seems ok, and don't forget you get the Touch Bar features - if that's important to you.

I am now using the newest 12.9" iPad Pro with my 15" Touch Bar MacBook Pro successfully EXCEPT for the black bar on the bottom of the iPad screen AND the menu Duet icon ends-then-reconnects the iPad connection, but won't allow me to use Preference.

You need to update Mac OS and download the new app (check version numbers)

It's strange really. I'd like to know why this new MAC OS update has solved the issues. Duet now even works well with my MacBook 12", which isn't exactly a powerhouse.

I'm just curious as to what Apple did. Did developers complain about Airplay being a mess?

If Apple breaks this again i'm going to complain (which will be the first time for that). This functionality should be native. It's sorta lame Apple doesn't include this.

So Duet is good now huh? I tried Air Display and it’s laggy dog**** on my very fast Mac.
