Does El Capitan have scrollbar arrows or Rosetta?

    Neither one of those things is ever coming back, especially Rosetta.

    The OP is referring to scrollbar arrows, not scrollbars in general. Here's what they looked like to refresh your memory:

    El Capitan re-adds support for Classic (OS 9) programmes though. In related news, the new iMac from 13 October 2015 features a floppy disk drive as well as an SCSI port.

    Restore scrollbar arrows by installing 1995 into virtualization.
