The main incompatibility will be with iOS 5.

It works on 5.0 betas with 4.x baseband preserved 😀

Heard of google? 😉

How clever of you. 🙄

Glad it works, I might pick a few up soon. iPhone 4 unlocking has become a huge request in my area and I might as well cash in on it.

😛

Their price will go down once iOS 5 is released. 😉

That's why I figured I should get on it before September. That way I'll still be able to do it. 😛

Do you know how many people are ignorant about bb preservation?
There are people who don't even know that pwnage is for Mac. 🙄
Trust me, there'll be posts from ignorant twits about how they accidentally updated to 5.x and now their gevey won't work.

Have you actually tried this? I see one blog post claiming this, and people on other forums claiming it doesn't work.

Coz a friend of mine said she tried it and it worked. Even though I got a dev account am staying away from betas 🙂

Good enough. And good idea, there are already enough people "bricking" their iPhones with the beta.
