Does Google calendar user actually use iCloud calendar synced? What's the point?

Hi! First and foremost thanks for reading this post. I am a google calendar user and don't use any other calendar. On my iPhone, Mac, and iPad I have google calendar synced through iPhone calendar settings.

Is there any point or am I supposed to have iCloud calendar enabled too? Please help thanks!

You don't have to use iCloud calendar. Just whatever works for you.

Not exclusively, but it's like Google calendar, some people use one, some use another, some perhaps both.
