dhlizard macrumors G4 Sep 26, 2014 #2 If both the devices are on iOS 8.0.x and both signed in to the same AppleID, no computer is required. Make sure Handoff is toggled on (General tab)

Click to expand... You don't need Yosemite to use Handoff between your iPad and iPhone6+. 1. Turn on Bluetooth on both devices. 2. Just make sure you are logged in both devices with same Apple ID Go to Settings → iCloud and logged in with same Apple ID on both devices. 3. And enable Handoff on your both devices. Go to Settings -> General -> scroll down and turn on the switch for Enable Handoff.
