does hd video recording kill your memory space ?

    i heard that it takes about 1 giga on a 30 min video.

    do you 32 gb IP4 owners want a bigger size for memory ?

    It depends on the quality, encoding etc. My HD copy of Avatar (about 2 hours) with 5.1 AC3 audio and 1080p video is only 4gb.

    i mean recording hd video by camera on the ip4.

    can you change the quality setting when recording ?

    Don't think you can change settings. If I recall correctly, I filmed a 20 minute video which took around 3-4 GB.

    1min of HD video recording on the iPhone 4 comes in at around 78-83MB

    1 hour is about 4.4/4.8GB
