Does intelliscreen really replace SBSettings?

Hi folks,
Considering making the jump to Intelliscreen, but I'm wondering if it really replaces SBSettings or not. So many tweaks make toggles for SBSettings, it's hard to imagine the same being true of Intelliscreen. But, there are all these claims that Intelliscreen replaces SBSettings' functionality. Any thoughts?

IntelliscreenX comes with a settings widget. The NCSettings widget has most of those settings and more. You'll just have to compare for yourself.
