Does iOS 3.2.1 fix wifi issue?

I never had this issue on either of the two iPads I've owned.

Fixed for me. I don't lose signal in my bedroom anymore.

My MacBook pro still shows more bars but my iPad was almost unusable before the update.

Totally fixed my iPad. Feels like a completely different device (working wifi will do that).
