Does iOS 7 have turn by turn WALKING directions?

I went up London the other day, only to find out no turn by turn when walking with headphones.

Has this now changed?

I'm a little upset, though, that they haven't included native support for public transportation directions yet [but there a few wonderful private apps that do that, including Google Maps].
