Does ios 9 cloud drive work with iBooks?

Hi one thing I noticed that on 8.4.1 iCloud Drive with ebooks files in it was not accessible by ibooks.

Has this feature been added to ios 9? That is can ios drive content be read by iBooks?

you can use iCloud Drive to send epub and pdf files to iBooks, but its not synced via iCloud
