iPod touch Does iOS5 add clock syncing to the touch?

Would like the clock on my touch to sync with the clock on my Windows 7 laptop.
Does anyone know if this feature is finally being added in iOS5?

I think this feature was added in 2001 back with the first iPod.

It's definitely in OS 3.1 on my first-gen Touch and I'm pretty sure that it was there in 1.0 too.

It doesn't now, the "geniuses" can't make it happen, and there's nothing in the touch documentation one way or the other.
Maybe it's a Mac only thing?
