Does iPhone 5C support continuity and hand off

Just got an iPhone 5C free from devices upgrade from my old 3 year plan without changing my old plan.

Now does continuity and hand off work with iPhone 5C? Could I texting on my iPad and Mac?

Practically all iOS 8 stuff work on 5C, including continuity, hand off etc.🙂

Thanks... Just switched back from Android... Now I am iPhone user again
