I accidentally clicked an unknown link on facebook and it redirected me. Is there any possibilities that my phone will get a virus?

No.

Your Facebook account may be compromised, but your phone is fine.

The only way your device could be compromised is if you downloaded a devious app and then agreed to give it permissions.

When I got redirected it loaded a page. So that means it downloaded something for it to load right?

It wasn't on my browser though. It was on facebook.
Facebook has a browsing component built-in to load web content.

Things don't get installed in iOS just from visiting a page or something like that.

Like I said before. Your phone is safe, but your Facebook account may not be. I'd reset your FB credentials.
I'm not really sure that would really happen with something like that unless there was a prompt to enter a username and password somewhere. There's a chance that something got posted to Facebook or perhaps some page/app was given some permissions for Facebook, so the timeline and app permissions within Facebook might be something that are worthy of being checked.

So the only problem will be on my facebook account?

Yeah, my response was unclear. I meant if he had put in any of his credentials, he needs to reset his FB security credentials.

So there is a possibility that an iPhone can get a virus even if its not jailbroken?

After all the replies so far in this thread, and some others that you have stated dealing with essentially same topic, why/how would that question still be something that you are wondering about?

Apple sandboxes apps which leads to a lot of compromises in the OS itself however is inherently safe from viruses and malware. Your phone is fine, if you are ever overly paranoid again delete and reinstall the app, all you will be doing is giving yourself peace of mind though.
