Looks like an Apple Watch with some third party band,not sure,but it must be possible to find somewhere. Check independent companies that sell bands.

The band appears to be a part of a failed(?) indigogo campaign from Dwiss. The band appears about half way down this page.

Yeah, though looking at their site, seems they still make that band for about every round-faced watch they make, though not necessarily the red. They just couldn't interest the Apple crowd in it or so it seems.
