Does iTunes 10.7 work on Mavericks?

Hi,
I would like to go to Mavericks in the next days, but I would like to stick with iTunes 10.7 (using the iTunes DJ functionality quite often).

Could one of you let me know, whether the "old" version still works with Mavericks?

A question I would like to know as well. It looks like you can but you have to make sure auto update is uncheck during the upgrade install. I need more conformation on this though. This is what they are saying in the support communities.

Yes, it does. I just now upgraded to Mavericks and had to downgrade iTunes 11 to iTunes 10.7. The old methods of rolling back iTunes will work but cause errors and a loss of functionality.
