Does jailbreaking give unlimited free 3G access?

Why try changing your story? If that was really want you wanted to know, it doesn't need to be asked in the iPhone Hacks forum. You could have gotten the more answers in the iPhone general forum. Sorry, but we all know what you originally wanted.
what the **** are you talking about? I WANTED TO KNOW IF JAILBREAKING A PHONE WILL PROVIDE UNLIMITED 3G USE PAST WHATS ALLOWED THROUGH THE DATA PACK! BUT I NEVER SAID "HOW MUCH DATA DO I GET IN THE 200MB DATA PLAN?" Now i know that it does in fact NOT do so because it is through the carrier, not the phone. Is it really that much of a ridiculous question?

You are obviously asking how much data it will give you. "off wi-fi" means 3G or else you wouldn't be able to go online. If more than one person get the same meaning then it must be your problem.
I didn't know all this at one point. But at least, i did some reading and searching before asking the question.
Also, why would anyone know if 200mb each month is enough for you? No one knows what website you browse. How many stuff needs to be load/download.
And yes, it is a ridiculous question.

I was simply asking if people thought the 200mb per month plan was enough and how much web browsing that gives you, and dont say 200mb

Originally, you want to know if you can get unlimited 3G, ie data, if phone was JB. The answer is NO. Then, you change your tune by what amounts to asking if people are satisfy / OK using 200MB data plan. The later question doesn't even need to be in "HACK" forum and would more appropriate in "GENERAL" thread.

I have used 7.3GB in the past 17 months on my unlimited data plan. So that's around 430MB a month? And I am far from a crazy data user....web surf a bit outside of wifi. My home has wifi so that's 70% of my time without using 3G.
200MB is 200MB...what would you mainly be using your phone for? If it's for websites that feed a lot of data ...Youtube as an example or lots of Google map access, you will really want to up that.
Just checking email and visiting CNN.com...maybe not.

Yet downloading tetherme from cydia is completely legal...which by passes a premium service from at&t...for free. I will never understand why people are ok with stealing from at&t and not apple.
I don't really care much about what people do with theirs phone, but craking app is not stealing from Apple, is stealing from Developers (sometime, single developers and very small teams). just for the records
Me on the other hand dont care what and if they steal from Apple, AT&T or Devs. Thats on them and Im not here to preach morality or judge in general.
The tethering debate is on going because people are paying for a certain amount of data and feel there should be no restriction on what devices access it. It doesn't affect at&t's network as long as one stays under the cap.
