I have not JB my iphone since iPhone 5. Does cydia still allows teetering once jailbroken. As ATT now disallows teetering once on an unlimited plan. Any one know if jbing allows that feature. That is what I am only looking for in JB my iPhone 7 plus for iPad Air 3 or 4.

AT&T never allowed tethering on unlimited iPhone data plans, not just now.
There is no jailbreak for ios 10 currently.
When there is one there are available hacks that enable tethering.
Learn and research before you attempt to jailbreak any device.
Know what you're doing before you proceed any further.
JB is not for everyone.

Teetering to the right or the left isn't an issue stock. Especially if you've had a few drinks.

You just hold your phone to the right or the left.

But if TETHERING is what you want, then what AJ said.

Also if you're tethering unofficially you're risking losing your unlimited iphone data plan.
AT&T in the past has caught many users tethering on an unlimited iphone data plan and switched their data plan to a metered plan with tethering included.
So keep that in mind also.

I don't think anyone mentioned this, but I don't think "Cydia" ever allowed tethering. There are tethering apps available in Cydia to install, however Cydia itself does not "allow" tethering.

Correct, Cydia does not allow anything extra or install anything additional on its own.
All Cydia does is like a browser or an appstore that you can install various hacks.
Once a JB is installed and gives the user access to root it installs Cydia and gives the user the access to install, manage and remove easily various JB packages that customizes and gives added functionality.

Hmmm…maybe I have the upgraded version?

My copy of Cydia makes coffee in the morning and can beam me to work. It's a great time saver!
