Does Lion fix the problem between SATA3 cable in 2011 MBP 17" and SATA3 SSD??

I believe there is no longer an issue. My 17" bought June 16th doesn't have that problem.

I bought 17" MBP on 1 May but haven't tested SATA3 SDD on it.

Is there a certain manufactural date that can be used to separate the MBP that doesn't have problem with SATA3 from the one that has ?
