Can someone take a peak in the Utilities folder and see if QuickTime 7 is included? Thanks.

No, but if you upgrade from a Snow Leopard system that had it installed, it'll still work correctly.

Nope, you can only have QuickTime 7 on Lion if you upgrade from a Snow Leopard system that had it.
