Does macOS 27 Apple Ai stil require device and region language to be set in same language ?

Since my first Mac, a Plus bought in 1987, I use all my Apple devices in English language and Dutch region langauge.

Yet Apple Ai requires that both Device and region language are the same.

If set to English, Siri does not understand Dutch pronounciation. Also no support for EUR etc.

If set to Dutch I have trouble understanding the Dutch menus as after so many years English works so much better.

What is the status of macOs, iOS and iPadOS 27?
