Why would it scratch your phone? As long as you don't have any debris between the case and the phone when you put it on, you should be fine. The only complaints I usually hear about clear cases is that they yellow over time.

True, not sure maybe just being a tight fit.

the clear case didnt scratch my XR but it didnt have stainless steel and was the more rounded design vs. the square

As with any case, the only things you have to worry about the debris that gets inside the case. Depending on if the case is soft or hard, the hard case can leave a mark if you constantly take it in and out of the case.

Just got mine from eBay

for $15 I like it ! has some minor cracks on the inner bottom part where its been removed several times from previous owner, but I expect that would happen over time anyways.And no cracks elsewhere. My XR did that too except more dramatic.

The buttons are stiff like they were on XR, and material feels the same but pretty good

Good case for the rotation

I would not pay $50+tax for this though lol

I have seen some videos where the silver stainless steel has lots of
Micro scratches from this case but can anyone report on pacific blue + this case over time? Safe?
I know silver is most prone to scratching

yeah I’m gonna stick with silicone and leather and this one is going back

my hands get dry and the phone is incredibly slippery

plus I’m already tired of how hard it is to press the buttons
