Does memory size affect battery life?

Hi all, does somebody know of battery life on the iPhone 6/6s is affected negatively by choosing a phone with larger memory?

I am planning to "upgrade" from my 6+ to a new 6S (without the +). Does the 128gig version last as long as the 64gig version?

The difference would be so small you would never notice.

Ram yes, storage no.

More ram requires more power to keep everything going. But the storage is solid state (needs no power to keep the data).
