I have an iPad wifi(jb), iPhone 4 and iPod touch(jb). I dont want to jailbreak my iPhone. so would MyWi work on my iPad?

Err... edited from my earlier response... you need a 3G connection. If you were running MyWi on your iPhone your iPad could use the signal, but you can't run it on just the WiFi iPad.

The app will install, but there is no 3G connection on the WiFi iPad. What exactly are you trying to do?
