Does my PC store shared app data after the app is deleted from the phone?

I had a file on a couple file sharing apps, such as Filemaster. After reinstalling the app, there is no sign of the file. Could it have been saved on the PC even after the app on the phone was uninstalled?

Basically for those types of apps, if you do so before then yes. Otherwise no.
