iPhone Does normal repo for fakeclockup work on iOS 7?

I tried installing fakeclockup from hitoriblog.com/apt/ (like I've always done) and when I try to install it, all I get are 2 red errors, both stating "HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found" in red font. I've read online that people have used fakeclockup on iOS 7 and confirmed it works, so how can I install it like them?
