Does NYT Crosswords work on iOS 4.2 Beta 3

I read the latest Airvideo update fixed the problems running iOS beta so that removes the reason not to try it out.

I'll test it tonight. I doubt NYT Crosswords is going to work just because a new beta is out though -- it's on Magmic to get their software working and issue their own update. Let's hope their devs aren't clueless and actually realize that when 4.2 comes out, their software is going to be broken if they don't issue an update.

This is likely true, but you never know, it *could* have been a bug in the last BETA. At least let's hope so, cause if it's fixed now that's great.
Well, I know this doesn't pertain to the app in the topic but Skee Ball HD did not work in Beta 2 and is working great in Beta 3.

Sorry, NYT Crosswords is still a no-go. Come on, Magmic, would be nice to use it before my subscription expires Dec 31st 😉 I know, it's a beta OS. But if it doesn't get fixed before 4.2 comes out, there will be a lot of howling customers.
ABC Player still not working either. Netflix crashing to home screen after "preparing movie". Usually uninstalling then reinstalling Netflix works for me... I'll try that and report back.
Netflix - uninstalled, reinstalled, soft reset -- no go. It crashes when trying to stream. Bummer. NYT shows up as a crash in Device Log but Netflix doesn't show up, so I'm not quite sure where/why it's crashing. Fingers crossed for an update soon.
