Does Pages embed typefaces when I print to PDF? I used to to create my resume, which uses Franklin Gothic Book and Franklin Gothic Medium. I have viewed it on many computers, including PCs, and it seems to appear correctly despite many computers not having these typefaces. I figured it must embed the typeface in the file. Is this correct, and should there be anything I need worry about regarding this?

Yes, Pages does embed fonts. You can check this by Exporting a document as PDF, then open it in Adobe Reader or Acrobat to view the document properties:
File menu > Properties... > Fonts
